Terms of use

TrustEmpire is an introduction, discovery and comparison platform. We connect developers’ purchase teams with suppliers, contractors, consultants and capital partners. We are not a party to any purchase, work order, loan or investment agreement made between users, and we do not act as a broker, lender, banker or registered investment adviser.

Users must provide accurate information and may not use the platform to mislead, spam or circumvent applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Plans and fees, where applicable, are shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once the service period begins, unless required by law.

Privacy

We collect the details you submit (name, company, contact, GST/PAN and uploaded documents, RFQs, quotes, messages, funding information). We use them to run the platform, match counterparties, verify vendors, prevent fraud and improve the service. A buyer’s phone number is shared with a vendor only after that vendor submits a quote; a vendor’s contact is visible to signed-in developers; funding project identity is revealed to a capital partner only after the developer accepts their interest. Uploaded documents are stored privately and visible only to you and our verification team. We do not sell personal data. To access or delete your data, write to deal@trustempire.in.

Verification & funding disclaimer

Badges describe exactly the checks completed — e.g. “GSTIN checksum valid” confirms the number is well-formed, not that the business is active; “Verified” means documents were reviewed by our team. They are not a guarantee of quality, delivery or solvency. Price-index figures are medians of quotes submitted on the platform and are indicative only. Always confirm specifications, test certificates and statutory compliance before placing orders.

Capital Desk introductions do not constitute an offer, sanction or commitment to lend or invest. Readiness scores are indicative and based solely on information you provide.
